We ship worldwide. The shipping fee is calculated automatically at check out and depends on the total package weight and destination country.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.

Non-UK orders will be considered an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for the payment of such import charges. JJ Textile Ltd is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by JJ Textile Ltd

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Ensure to obtain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Item Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unwashed and unused, in the original packaging. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

Faulty Item Returns

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at info@jjtextile.co.uk with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.

Return to Sender

Any orders where delivery is refused or not collected in time will be returned back to J.J. Textile with the return fee deducted from the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised.

When approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Please be aware that if you have not paid import duties and taxes, which is individual to each country, and the parcel gets returned to us, these charges will be deducted from your refund.

Duties and Taxes Refunds

Any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid on your order will not be refunded by J.J. Textile upon the return of your items. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties refunds local to your country.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending items back using a tracked delivery service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
